The Battlefield V pack is designed to support all preset soldier buttons, soldier sticks, and custom flipped, so everyone can get in on the action.

  • Easily and quickly access Weapon Fire mods with CLASS SHORTCUTS.

    • Rapid Fire.

    • Steady Fire.

    • Burst Fire.

    • Auto Burst Fire.

    • No need to enter Menu Mode to toggle or switch Weapon Fire mods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

MASTER QUICK CONTROL allows you to HOLD the TOUCHPAD/VIEW & CROSS/A Buttons together for 1 second to SUSPEND/RESUME ALL MODS in a hurry, so that mods can never interfere when you do not want them to.

 
ACTIVATION

Select the appropriate GAMEPACK MODE SLOT.  HOLD the top LEFT SELECT/PADDLE Button to navigate using EITHER PADDLE to CYCLE through the 8 GAMEPACK MODE SLOTS, represented by LEDs 1-8.  You will know that you are in GAMEPACK MODE as identified by the GEAR HEAD EYES FLASHING back and forth.  Your device will display the current GAMEPACK SLOT LED.

 
 
GAMEPACK SETUP

By DEFAULT, this pack is configured for the in game DEFAULT soldier buttons, soldier sticks and soldier aim sensitivity.

  • Ideally, if you are currently using different in game settings, you will have already MATCHED these settings in the Mod Central config; if NOT, you will need to enter the Secondary Menu setup and make changes to ensure that all mods function correctly.

  • To have FLIPPED controls, first go into Mod Central, then you have 2 options that you can choose between:

  • Custom Flipped is the preferred method but it REQUIRES you to use the in game Custom menu to swap R1/RB with R2/RT, and L1/LB with L2/LT, then you MUST otherwise accurately recreate 1 of the 4 included button layouts without any mistakes.

  • Physical Flipped REQUIRES you to use 1 of the 4 included button layouts and it handles the swap for you, but then you MUST NOT swap the bumpers/triggers in game, and the Quick Edit feature of ADS Anti-Recoil will also be unavailable.

 

Left/Right Hair Triggers can be individually toggled ON/OFF.  With this mod, triggers will always be treated as if they have been fully pressed down the moment they are registered as being pressed.  This can save precious milliseconds of reaction time, without affecting any mods.

CLASS 1 – WEAPON FIRE

When Rapid Fire is ON, as long as you are HOLDING down the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER), the game will think you are rapidly tapping it as fast as possible.  Semi-automatic weapons that would normally only fire a single bullet or burst each time, will become fully automatic.

CLASS SHORTCUT:

  • HOLD the UP D-Pad & TAP the RIGHT TRIGGER at the same time to toggle or switch to Rapid Fire.

    • (GREEN LIGHTBAR / 1 HEAVY RUMBLE).
       

When Steady Fire is ON, as long as you are HOLDING down the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER), the game will think you are tapping it at a steady pace.  Ideal for fully automatic assault rifles at mid to long range; the reduced rate of fire results in improved accuracy and the conserving of ammunition.

In Mod Central, there is an optional Steady Fire Mode setting.  If switched to Dynamic, the higher the pressure on the RIGHT TRIGGER, the faster you will steadily fire, and this can be used with semi-automatic or fully automatic weapons.

CLASS SHORTCUT:

  • HOLD the UP D-Pad & TAP the RIGHT BUMPER at the same time to toggle or switch to Steady Fire.

    • (RED LIGHTBAR / 2 HEAVY RUMBLES).

When Burst Fire is ON, as long as you are HOLDING down the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER), the game will think you are repeatedly tapping and releasing it for short bursts.  Ideal for BOTH fully automatic and semi-automatic weapons; the controlled bursts of fire result in improved accuracy and the conserving of ammunition for fully automatic weapons, or a controlled Rapid Fire for semi-automatic weapons.

CLASS SHORTCUT:

  • HOLD the UP D-Pad & TAP the LEFT BUMPER at the same time to toggle or switch to Burst Fire.

    • (BLUE LIGHTBAR / 3 HEAVY RUMBLES).

When Auto Burst Fire is ON, as long as you are HOLDING down the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER), the game will think you are repeatedly holding and releasing it for short bursts.  Ideal for submachine guns (SMGs) at mid range; the controlled bursts of fire result in improved accuracy and the conserving of ammunition.  For semi-automatic weapons, RAPIDLY TAPPING the Fire Button yourself, keeps the mod from slowing them down.

CLASS SHORTCUT:

  • HOLD the UP D-Pad & TAP the LEFT TRIGGER at the same time to toggle or switch to Auto Burst Fire.

    • (PURPLE LIGHTBAR / 4 HEAVY RUMBLES)

WEAPON FIRE ACTIVATION

This Mod Central config setting ONLY affects button layouts that assign fire to a TRIGGER.

Weapon Fire mods are not practical in all scenarios, such as trying to drive a vehicle or fire a fully automatic weapon at full speed, and changing this setting presents an optional solution.

 

  • With Always Activated, if the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER) is HELD in any way, your chosen Weapon Fire mod will be ACTIVATED; this is the DEFAULT setting.

  • With Fully Hold Activation, if the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER) is FULLY HELD all the way down, your chosen Weapon Fire mod will be ACTIVATED; anything LESS than fully held, and the RIGHT TRIGGER will function as normal.

  • With Fully Hold Blocked, if the Fire Button (default RIGHT TRIGGER) is FULLY HELD all the way down, your chosen Weapon Fire mod will be BLOCKED and the RIGHT TRIGGER will function as normal; anything LESS than fully held, and your chosen Weapon Fire mod will be ACTIVATED.

ADJUST WEAPON FIRE MODS

WEAPON FIRE MODS CAN BE ADJUSTED IN THE MOD CENTRAL CONFIG OR MENU MODE:

  • All Weapon Fire mods are using an optimized setting by default; if you wish to adjust a mod further, keep the following in mind:

    • Rapid Fire will only fire as fast as the game will allow.

    • Steady Fire, Burst Fire & Auto Burst Fire always trade rate of fire for increased accuracy.

ADJUST WHILE NAVIGATED TO MENU MODE CLASS 1 MOD 1, 2, 3, OR 4:​​

  • To begin adjusting:

    • LEFT BUMPER increments towards SLOWER Rapid Fire, MORE TIME BETWEEN SHOTS for Steady Fire, LONGER BURST LENGTH for both Burst Fire mods (LIGHT rumble).

    • RIGHT BUMPER increments towards FASTER Rapid Fire, LESS TIME BETWEEN SHOTS for Steady Fire, SHORTER BURST LENGTH for both Burst Fire mods (HEAVY rumble).

    • If while adjusting, you reach the MIN/MAX SETTING (NO rumble).

  • To test the result at any time, HOLD the RIGHT TRIGGER.

  • Once you are happy with the result, you can exit Menu Mode.

 
CLASS 2 – ADS AIM ASSIST

When ADS Aim Assist is ON, as long as you are FULLY HOLDING the Aim Down Sights Button (default LEFT TRIGGER) all the way down, you are always being slightly assisted towards your current target, enhancing your aim and tracking your target as it crosses your crosshairs.

  • The Soldier Aim Sensitivity in the Mod Central config MUST MATCH the in game setting.

  • This mod is NOT an aimbot; it is a slight assist.

  • This mod is dependent on your internet connection; ideally a stable ping under 40.

  • Try to limit your own movement where possible for better tracking.

  • Try to manually aim towards your target to help it stay on track.

 
CLASS 3 – ADS ANTI-RECOIL

When ADS Anti-Recoil is ON, and adjusted accordingly, your aim will be automatically pulled down upon firing, reducing weapon recoil.

  • Anti-Recoil ONLY activates from Aim Down Sights (default LEFT TRIGGER).

  • Anti-Recoil will automatically shut OFF while you are prone.

  • Use Anti-Recoil Quick Edit if you want to adjust it on the fly during gameplay.

ANTI-RECOIL ADJUSTABLE

ANTI-RECOIL MUST BE SETUP PER WEAPON IN THE MOD CENTRAL CONFIG, MENU MODE, OR WITH THE OPTIONAL QUICK EDIT FEATURE:

  • Not enough weight and your weapon will still drift upwards; too much weight and your weapon will drift downwards; you want it in the middle.

ADJUST WHILE NAVIGATED TO MENU MODE CLASS 3 MOD 1 OR 2:

  • To begin adjusting:

    • LEFT BUMPER increments towards MORE WEIGHT (LIGHT rumble).

    • RIGHT BUMPER increments towards LESS WEIGHT (HEAVY rumble).

    • If while adjusting, you reach the MAX/MIN WEIGHT (NO rumble).

  • To test the result at any time, HOLD the RIGHT TRIGGER.

  • Once you are happy with the result, you can exit Menu Mode.

ADJUST DURING GAMEPLAY WITH QUICK EDIT CLASS 3 MOD 3 OR 4:

  • During gameplay, while HOLDING BOTH Aim Down Sights & Fire (default BOTH TRIGGERS):

    • DOWN D-Pad increments towards MORE WEIGHT (rumbles).

    • UP D-Pad increments towards LESS WEIGHT (rumbles).

    • If while adjusting, you reach the MAX/MIN WEIGHT (NO rumble).

  • When the weapon is level while firing, you have the correct setting.

 
CLASS 4 – QUICK SCOPE

When Quick Scope is ON, Aim Down Sights (default LEFT TRIGGER) will Quick Scope in your sniper rifle and fire.  There are 4 different types of Quick Scope that affect how it is activated.

QUICK SCOPE ADJUSTABLE

QUICK SCOPE CAN BE ADJUSTED IN THE MOD CENTRAL CONFIG OR MENU MODE:

  • Not enough delay and it will fire before scoping in; too much delay and it will fire too late; the ideal setting can vary depending on the sniper rifle, the Quick Scope mod in use, and your own preferences.

ADJUST WHILE NAVIGATED TO MENU MODE CLASS 4 MOD 1, 2, OR 3:

  • To begin adjusting:

    • LEFT BUMPER increments towards MORE DELAY (LIGHT rumble).

    • RIGHT BUMPER increments towards LESS DELAY (HEAVY rumble).

    • If while adjusting, you reach the MAX/MIN DELAY (NO rumble).

  • To test the result at any time, TAP the LEFT TRIGGER.

  • Once you are happy with the result, you can exit Menu Mode.

 
CLASS 5 – AUTO RUN

When Auto Run is ON, you will no longer need to click in the analog stick button to sprint.  You will automatically run at full speed whenever you FULLY move forward.  “Double Tap Forward to Sprint” MUST be set to “Off” for this mod.

 
CLASS 6 – AUTO PING

When Auto Ping is ON, you will automatically danger ping locations under the following conditions:

CLASS 7 & 8 – PADDLE MODS

When Class 7 is ON, LEFT PADDLE will activate your chosen Paddle Mod.

When Class 8 is ON, RIGHT PADDLE will activate your chosen Paddle Mod.

 
QUICK MODS

 Quick Mods and other useful controls are additional helpful mods that do not belong to a class.  You will NOT find these mods in Mod Central.  Quick Mods are typically NOT saved settings and only persist as ON for as long as your device is plugged in or selected on this pack.

AUTO BOLT ACTION

When Auto Bolt Action is ON, your bolt action sniper rifle will automatically reload each time you fire.

  • HOLD the DOWN D-Pad & TAP the SQUARE/X Button at the same time to toggle.

    • ON:  HEAVY rumble / OFF:  LIGHT rumble.

AUTO HOLD BREATH

When Auto Hold Breath is ON, as soon as you scope in your sniper rifle, your breath will be automatically held.

 

  • HOLD the DOWN D-Pad & CLICK in the RIGHT STICK Button at the same time to toggle.

    • ON:  HEAVY rumble / OFF:  LIGHT rumble.

TOGGLE SUPPLIES

When Toggle Supplies is ON, your Support or Medic Class will automatically keep throwing out supplies.

 

  • HOLD the DOWN D-Pad & TAP the TRIANGLE/Y Button at the same time to toggle.

    • ON:  HEAVY rumble / OFF:  LIGHT rumble.

TURBO MELEE

When Turbo Melee is ON, you can simply HOLD the Melee Button (default RIGHT STICK Button) to repeatedly melee as fast as the game allows, providing you with the best chance to win melee battles.

  • HOLD the DOWN D-Pad & TAP the CIRCLE/B Button at the same time to toggle.

    • ON:  HEAVY rumble / OFF:  LIGHT rumble.
