GAMEPACK OVERVIEW

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Gamepack (Multiplayer / Zombies) v2.8.0 2019.07.24.

 

The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Gamepack is designed and optimized for Multiplayer mode (+ Zombies).  If you are playing Blackout mode, please use the Call of Duty Blackout Gamepack.

  • WEAPON PROFILES / AI for supported weapons, apply the optimal Weapon Fire Mod and optimized Anti-Recoil to heavily reduce recoil on applicable weapons.

  • Enhance your aim with ULTRA TARGET ASSIST.

 

  • Maximize your available mods with SPLIT FIRE.

 

  • Never get caught compulsively reloading again with RELOAD CANCEL.  It's a game changer!

PACK ACTIVATION

Select the Gamepack Slot:  HOLD the top LEFT SELECT / PADDLE Button to navigate using EITHER PADDLE to CYCLE through the 8 GAMEPACK MODE SLOTS, represented by LEDs 1-8.

  • The GEAR HEAD EYES will be FLASHING back and forth.

    • Your device will ONLY display the current GAMEPACK SLOT LED.

 
 
MASTER CONTROLS

MASTER LOCK MODE keeps you from accidentally toggling ON / OFF mods.

  • WHILE HOLDING RIGHT D-PAD, PRESS in TOUCHPAD / MENU to LOCK / UNLOCK access to Gamepack setting.

    • (Locked: RED Lightbar / WHITE LED flash).

    • (Unlocked: GREEN Lightbar / LED flash).

 

MASTER QUICK CONTROL suspends the entire pack.  This is helpful to keep mods designed for one gameplay function from interfering with another, and it is helpful to suspend mods while you are accessing the in-game menu or lobby.

  • HOLD TOUCHPAD / VIEW & CROSS / A together for 1 second to SUSPEND / RESUME the entire pack (Suspended: Heavy Rumble / Resumed: Light Rumble).

 
GAMEPACK SETUP

WARNING:  VIBRATION ON REQUIRED in-game, as well as in your console's menu settings.

  • If vibration or rumble from games is undesired, load up Mod Central, click on the top left Remapper section, then ensure BOTH Disable Rumble and Mirror Advanced Settings are CHECKED, then SAVE.

 

To configure this pack correctly so that mods are placed on the correct buttons and working optimally for your in-game sensitivity, MATCH the required settings in Mod Central, marked MATCH IN-GAME, to your current in-game settings.

  • IMPORTANT:  For ADS Sensitivity, 25 is equal to 0.25x and 400 is equal to 4x.

 
HAIR TRIGGERS

The following purple settings can ONLY be setup in Mod Central:

  • Hair Triggers causes L2 / LT / R2 / RT to be treated by the game as if they have been fully pressed down the moment they are registered as being pressed.  This can save precious milliseconds of reaction time and it has NO effect on mods.

    • You can set it to Left / Right Hair Trigger Only or Both Triggers.

 
 
WEAPON FIRE ACTIVATION

Weapon Fire Activation provides you with more control over when Weapon Fire Mods such as Rapid Fire will be activated based on the pressure applied to the FIRE TRIGGER.

  • IMPORTANT:  Your Fire Button MUST be either L2 / LT / R2 / RT for this setting to take effect.

  • "Always Activated" means HOLD FIRE TRIGGER to activate Weapon Mods.

  • "Fully Hold Activation" means FULLY HOLD FIRE TRIGGER to activate Weapon Mods.

  • "Fully Hold Blocked" means FULLY HOLD FIRE TRIGGER to block Weapon Mods.

PROFILE SWITCH MODE

Profile Switch Mode determines how you will select Weapon Profiles.

  • "Manual" is simple to use but keep note of your profile setup as you will need to select the appropriate profile whenever you switch weapons.  See the Weapon Profiles / AI section for information on selecting profiles during gameplay.

  • "Weapon Swap" automatically switches between Profile 1 (Primary Weapon) and Profile 2 (Secondary Weapon) when you TAP TRIANGLE / Y.  This will desync, on the in-game menu or lobby, loading screens and especially on death and respawn.  To RESYNC, switch to your Primary Weapon & select Profile 1 with UP D-PAD & TRIANGLE / Y.

  • INDICATORS:  PS4 will flash Lightbar colours that match the corresponding PROFILE BUTTONS when switching with "Manual" or "Weapon Swap".​  XB1 will flash WHITE for Profile 1 / GREEN for Profile 2 with "Weapon Swap".  "Weapon Swap (PS4 Solid Lightbar)" changes the Lightbar colour when the Profile switches to help you keep track of its current position.

 
WEAPON PROFILES / AI

SET CLASS 3: ADS ANTI-RECOIL & CLASS 8: FAST RELOAD TO ENABLED.  Scroll down and set this in Mod Central.  Assuming you have been following everything correctly in the Gamepack Setup section, you will then need to return to configuring your Weapon Profiles to get started.

  • Triangle / Y  being Weapon Profile 1 (Default).

    • Profile 1 Selection:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP TRIANGLE / Y.

    • Indicator:  1 Heavy Rumble (+ Green Lightbar flash on PS4).

    • Set this to the weapon you prefer to use as your Primary Weapon.

  • Circle / B being Weapon Profile 2.

    • Profile 2 Selection:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP CIRCLE / B.

    • Indicator:  2 Heavy Rumbles (+ Red Lightbar flash on PS4).

    • Set this to the weapon you prefer to use as your Secondary Weapon.

  • Cross / A being Weapon Profile 3.

    • Profile 3 Selection:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP CROSS / A.

    • Indicator:  3 Heavy Rumbles (+ Blue Lightbar flash on PS4).

  • Square / X being Weapon Profile 4.

    • Profile 4 Selection:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP SQUARE / X.

    • Indicator:  1 Light Rumble (+ Purple Lightbar flash on PS4).

  • WEAPON AI allows you to reconfigure your Weapon Profiles on the fly.

    • Step 1:  Find a quiet place with NO interactive objects within range such as weapon pickups, and NO incoming vibrations such as those from enemies or grenades.

    • Step 2:  Ensure you have a full ammo magazine with at least a reload remaining.

    • Step 3:  WHILE HOLDING DOWN D-PAD, TAP R2 / RT (or TAP R1 / RB for MOG 12 Jitter).

      • ​You will feel a Heavy Rumble and your weapon will do a detection sequence of firing, reloading and firing again.​​

      • During the detection sequence, immediately TAP the desired PROFILE BUTTON to set its corresponding Weapon Profile to your current weapon.

        • If "Weapon Swap" is Enabled and NOTHING is PRESSED during the detection sequence, it will automatically overwrite your currently activate Profile 1 or 2.​

      • Although it is rare, Weapon AI can miss and detect the wrong weapon.  If the weapon seems incorrectly handled then simply repeat Step 3.

      • NOTE:  MOG 12 Jitter REQUIRES Ruin or Combat Axe and Gung-Ho, a fully charged ability and at least a reload remaining.

 

Question:  "Why is my weapon unlisted in the Weapon Profiles / undetected by Weapon AI?"​  Answer:  Contraband and Loot Box weapons are generally UNSUPPORTED.  We ONLY support weapons that are available upfront to all players.

 
 
CLASS 1 – WEAPON FIRE

Weapon Profiles / AI can automatically determine whether your weapon should be Regular Fire or Rapid Fire based on the weapon that you have set for each Weapon Profile to maintain the best fire rate and with ADS Anti-Recoil and Fast Reload Enabled, your recoil and reload speed will be addressed.  We RECOMMEND that INSTEAD.

When Rapid Fire is ON, HOLD FIRE to fire your semi-automatic weapon at maximum speed.

  • You may notice a loss of maximum fire rate with fully automatic weapons.

    • ​​Rapid Fire ON / OFF:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP R2 / RT.

    • Indicator:  ON = 1 Heavy Rumble /  OFF = Light Rumble.

When Steady Fire is ON, HOLD FIRE to fire your weapon at a steady pace with a delay between shots.

  • This works best with weapons that can deal enough heavy damage on impact that you can afford to fire them more slowly and precisely.

    • Steady Fire ON / OFF:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP L1 / LB.

    • Indicator:  ON = 2 Heavy Rumbles /  OFF = Light Rumble.

When Burst Fire is ON, HOLD FIRE to repeatedly fire your weapon in bursts.

  • This works best with weapons that can deal a lot of damage through rate of fire but quickly and progressively become unwieldy.

    • Burst Fire ON / OFF:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP L2 / LT.

    • Indicator:  ON = 3 Heavy Rumbles /  OFF = Light Rumble.

When Auto Burst Fire is ON, HOLD FIRE to repeatedly fire your fully automatic weapon in bursts.

  • Incompatible with semi-automatic weapons but more effective with fully automatic weapons than Burst Fire.  The same points otherwise apply as Burst Fire.

    • Auto Burst Fire ON / OFF:  WHILE HOLDING UP D-PAD, TAP R1 / RB.

    • Indicator:  ON = 4 Heavy Rumbles /  OFF = Light Rumble.

 
CLASS 2 – ULTRA TARGET ASSIST

When Ultra Target Assist is ON, whenever you are FULLY AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, this mod will actively encourage the in-game target assist mechanic to subtly enhance your aim.

  • Ensure that the in-game Target Assist setting is ON or Ultra Target Assist will have no effect.

  • The advantage of Ultra Target Assist may NOT be immediately noticeable to you.  Before you consider contacting us, try having a friend on the enemy team strafing left and right across your crosshairs to see it working:

  • For Ultra Target Assist to be effective, you MUST 100% follow Gamepack Setup.​

  • If you have a high ping where you are having to lead shots then you may be out of luck.

 

When Zombie Abuse is ON, whenever you are FULLY AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will snap to zombie targets.  As the name suggests, this mod is ONLY for the Zombies mode.

  • Ensure that the in-game Target Assist and Aim Assist settings are ON or Zombie Abuse will have no effect.

 

When Aim Assist+ is ON, whenever you are FULLY AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, it will function the same as Ultra Target Assist but it will also repeatedly hold and release aim down sights.  This may offer improvement over the effectiveness of Ultra Target Assist for some playstyles.

  • Ensure that the in-game Target Assist and Aim Assist settings are ON or Aim Assist+ will have no effect.

  • The same points otherwise apply as Ultra Target Assist.

CLASS 3 – ADS ANTI-RECOIL

When ADS Anti-Recoil is ON, whenever you are AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, Weapon Profiles / AI will be able to control the pattern of your recoil to heavily reduce it in all directions.  See the Weapon Profiles / AI section if you have yet to read it.

  • Keep in mind that this optimized Anti-Recoil is for the base weapon recoil; do NOT use the Grip (except on the SDM) or Stock attachments as they defeat the point and throw off the result.  Use the slot for something else and gain the advantage!

  • Anti-Recoil cannot do anything about in-game randomized bullet spread.

  • For Anti-Recoil to be effective, you MUST 100% follow Gamepack Setup.

 
CLASS 4 – QUICK SCOPE

Quick Scope is intended for use with sniper rifle type weapons, ideally with a scope attached, or other high impact damage weapons, such as shotguns.  See the table below for information on activating each Quick Scope type.

 
CLASS 5 – AUTO RUN

When Auto Run is ON, it activates the Sprint / Run Button when the MOVEMENT ANALOG STICK is FULLY moved FORWARD to the EDGE.  This allows for walking or jogging to avoid giving away your position.

  • Auto Run is also available in Slide Turn and Slide Heal Turn variants which allow you to perform these actions with sharp turns.

  • It is RECOMMENDED to ensure that the in-game "Sprint Cancels Reload" setting is OFF.

 
CLASS 6 – SHOT MODE

When Crouch Aim is ON, whenever you are FULLY AIMING DOWN SIGHTS, you will crouch.  As you RELEASE AIM DOWN SIGHTS, you will stand.

When Hop Shot is ON, while you are NOT aiming down sights, whenever you are HOLDING FIRE, you will repeatedly jump at a sensible pace.

When Strafe Fire is ON, whenever you are FULLY AIMING DOWN SIGHTS & FULLY HOLDING FIRING TOGETHER, you will quickly strafe side to side.  Recommended in use with Class 2 - Ultra Target Assist.

When Shot Punch is ON, TAP MELEE to shoot then punch.  This simplifies a complex move utilized by pro players to kill enemy players up close in the fastest possible way.  If you want to be able to Shot Punch while you are sprinting, this mod REQUIRES the Gung-Ho perk.

When Corner Snap is ON, whenever AIM DOWN SIGHTS is LESS THAN FULLY HELD, it assists against targets that are coming around corners or through doorways; a technique that pro players do.  NOTE:  This mod is incompatible with Flipped.

When Drop Shot is ON, when you FIRE, you drop down.  If you FIRE when dropped down, you stand.  If you want to be able to drop and stay aiming down sights, this mod REQUIRES the Stock II attachment.

 
CLASS 7 – SPLIT FIRE

When Split Fire is ON, this powerful mod adds a second function to the Heal / Equipment Buttons, allowing you to use several ideal combinations of our best mods without affecting your normal FIRE & ADS Buttons or assigning a precious paddle.

  • HOLD HEAL / EQUIPMENT and the assigned mod will activate.

  • If you need HEAL / EQUIPMENT to register a normal press without the mod, QUICKLY TAP & RELEASE.

  • If you need HEAL / EQUIPMENT to register a normal hold without the mod, QUICKLY TAP, RELEASE & HOLD.

  • If you are Flipped or using certain button layouts that put HEAL / EQUIPMENT on a trigger, the TRIGGER MUST be FULLY HELD to activate the assigned mod.

IMPORTANT:  These mods can be found in other locations throughout this Gamepack.  Please refer to the descriptions there.

 
CLASS 8 – FAST RELOAD

When Fast Reload is ON, Weapon Profiles / AI will allow you to manually reload at faster than normal speeds.  See the Weapon Profiles / AI section if you have yet to read it.

To Fast Reload your weapon, before you reach an empty ammo magazine, QUICKLY TAP & RELEASE RELOAD.  For other in-game actions, HOLD the button.

 
CLASS 9 & 10 – PADDLE MODS

When Class 9 is ON, LEFT PADDLE will activate your chosen Paddle Mod.

When Class 10 is ON, RIGHT PADDLE will activate your chosen Paddle Mod.

 
MENU NAVIGATION & ADJUSTABLES

All adjustable mods can be adjusted in Mod Central.  This section provides context and additional information on adjusting them on your controller using the Menu Mode.

  • To enter Menu Mode, HOLD LEFT D-PAD for at least 5 seconds.  You MUST remain HOLDING LEFT D-PAD to stay in Menu Mode.

Class Structure:

  • Class 1 = Weapon Fire.

  • Class 2 = ADS Aim Assist.

  • Class 3 = ADS Anti-Recoil.

  • Class 4 = Quick Scope.

  • Class 5 = Auto Run.

  • Class 6 = Shot Mode.

  • Class 7 = Split Fire.

  • Class 8 = Fast Reload.

  • Class 9 = Left Paddle.

  • Class 10 = Right Paddle.

Menu Mode Navigation:

  • SQUARE / X goes UP a class.

  • CROSS / A goes DOWN a class.

  • TAPPING a PADDLE goes to the class for that PADDLE.

    • GREEN Lightbar / WHITE LED flashes indicate the currently selected class number.

  • TRIANGLE / Y goes UP a mod within the currently selected class.

  • CIRCLE / B goes DOWN a mod within the currently selected class.

  • This will change your currently enabled mod!

    • PURPLE Lightbar / GREEN LED flashes indicate the currently enabled mod number.

Question:  "Where is my adjustable ADS Anti-Recoil?"  Answer:  Anti-Recoil that has been optimized for 100's of hours per weapon, per sensitivity to counteract recoil in all directions, as much as possible.  We do the work our end so that you can focus on the play.

Rapid Fire Rate.

  • Navigate to Class 1 on Mod 1 to adjust the Rapid Fire setting.

  • L1 / LB will decrease the Rapid Fire rate of fire.

  • R1 / RB will increase the Rapid Fire rate of fire.

  • R2 / RT will test fire so that you can ensure your shots are not skipping.

  • Remember that the game has limits on maximum rate of fire.

Steady Fire Timing.

  • Navigate to Class 1 on Mod 2 to adjust the Steady Fire setting.

  • L1 / LB will increase the delay between shots for Steady Fire to improve accuracy.

  • R1 / RB will increase the rate of fire for Steady Fire.

  • R2 / RT will test fire so that you can balance accuracy with rate of fire.

 

Burst Fire Timing.

  • Navigate to Class 1 on Mod 3 or 4 to adjust the shared Burst and Auto Burst Fire setting.

  • L1 / LB will increase the length of each burst for Burst Fire.

  • R1 / RB will increase the frequency of each burst with shorter bursts for Burst Fire.

  • R2 / RT will test fire so that you can balance accuracy with rate of fire.

​Quick Scope.

  • Navigate to Class 4 on Mod 1, 2 or 3 to adjust the shared Quick Scope setting.

  • L1 / LB will increase the amount of time you stay scoped.

  • R1 / RB will increase how quickly you will fire the shot.

  • L2 / LT will test your Quick Scope timing to see if it is to your liking.

  • For the Koshka sniper rifle, it is RECOMMEND to adjust it a couple of times with R1 / RB.

 

Turbo Paddle.

  • Navigate to either Class 9 or 10 on Mod 7 to adjust the shared Turbo Paddle setting.

  • L1 / LB will decrease Turbo Speed.

  • R1 / RB will increase Turbo Speed.

 
QUICK MODS

Quick Mods are additional helpful mods that do not belong to a class.  You will NOT find these mods in Mod Central.  Quick Mods are typically NOT saved settings and only persist as ON for as long as your device is plugged in and selected on this Gamepack.

When Auto Hold Breath is ON, while scoping in, your breath will be automatically held for you.

  • WHILE HOLDING DOWN D-PAD, PRESS R3 / RS to toggle Quick Mod ON / OFF.

    • ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble.​

When Reload Cancel is ON, AIMING DOWN SIGHTS or FIRING will cancel your reload.  If caught off guard, this could save you, especially if you compulsively reload after every fight.

  • WHILE HOLDING DOWN D-PAD, TAP SQUARE / X to toggle Quick Mod ON / OFF.

    • ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble.​

 

When Turbo Melee is ON, it allows you to HOLD MELEE to repeatedly melee as quickly as possible. 

  • WHILE HOLDING DOWN D-PAD, TAP CIRCLE / B to toggle Quick Mod ON / OFF.

    • ON: Heavy Rumble / OFF: Light Rumble.​
